We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our cancellation and refund process as straightforward as possible for our valued customers. Below are the details of our refund policy for cancellations made after booking a motorcycle road tour with us.

Cancellation schedule
The following schedule applies to all cancellations received in writing prior to the tour start date.

How refunds work
Step | Detail |
Submit cancellation | Notify the Royal Adventure Moto Tours team in writing — email is sufficient. The date of written confirmation is the date from which the notice period is calculated. |
Refund initiation | Refund is processed within 20 working days of written cancellation confirmation. |
Funds in account | Depending on the rider’s bank, the refunded amount may take a further 10 working days to reflect in the account. |
No-show policy
Failure to arrive on the scheduled tour start date with or without prior written notice will be treated as a no-show. No refund is applicable under this circumstance, regardless of the reason for non-arrival.
- Where circumstances prevent travel, comprehensive travel insurance with trip cancellation cover is the appropriate protection — not a substitute for this policy, but the mechanism designed to address exactly these situations.
